PINECONE ELF WREATH

PINE CONE ELF WREATH


Materials
  • -          Felt
  • -          Scissors
  • -          Hot glue gun
  • -          Glue gel
  • -          Markers
  • -          Picture or drawing
  • -          Wire 20 gauge
  • -          Jingle bell
  • -          pipe cleaners
  • -          ¾ inch wooden bead
  • -          Pine cone
  • -          2 paper clips
  • -          Ribbon or fabric strip

Instructions

Cut
6 inches of pipe cleaner for legs 
5 inches pipe cleaner for arms
1 quarter circle felt for hat
2 mittens on folded felt
2 boots on folded felt
3 inches pieces of wire for ski pole




1. Make legs: tuck the 6 inches pipe cleaner between the scales of the pine cone in and secure with a       dab of hot glue.    
2. Make arms: tuck the 5 inches pipe cleaner between the scales of the pine cone in and secure with a     dab of hot glue.

3. Cover the wooden bead with a picture of a face or draw with markers eyes and lips. Holds the       wooden bead inserting a stick in the hole. Use glue gel to attach the picture and over it as protective varnish.        



4. Fold the quarter of circle of felt to make the hat. Use hot glue to make the cone and attach the jingle bell.



5. Using hot glue attach the boots and the paper clip to the bottom of the boots.

6. Using hot glue attach the mittens and add the ski pole or any object that the elf will hold in the hand. Attach the wooden head to the pine cone. Attach the hat to the head.


7. Make a red elf


8. make a yellow elf



9. Attach with wire, from the back, each elf to a wreath
    Enjoy!
